Product/Accessory Replacement
Most of our major retailers offer refunds or exchanges for defective
products. If the retailer is unable to assist you, we will do our
best to help. Returnable items include:
- Products that are broken and still sealed in their original
packaging.
- Products that have a manufacturer defect.
We cannot be responsible for "accidental" damage, "rough"
use, or any other incident where the product was used in a way that
it was not intended for. Also, products purchased on the "secondary"
market, such as through eBay, toy/comic book conventions, flea markets,
or through private collectors, are not supported. Please complete
our form.
